Saul is a consultant & coach in strategy, creativity & innovation, in business & life.

He’s the former Chief Marketing Officer of the UN World Food Programme (2020 Nobel Peace Laureate), Chief Strategy Officer of VMLY&R EMEA & WPP and Cognitive Psychologist.

He is an Associate Fellow, Tutor in Strategy & Innovation; Expert Advisor and Mentor for the MBA Programme and Alumni at Said Business School, University of Oxford. He is an Advisory Board Member to various organisations including MyMynd, a revolutionary Mental Health Platform, NY Festivals and the CMO Council.

He was also Captain of North Bondi Surf Lifesaving Club, Australia, NSW Lifesaver of the year and received a personal commendation from the Prime Minister for his contribution to the Surf Lifesaving movement and the community.

We find ourselves in a cultural moment of uncertainty as domestic and global challenges persist. Whether it is the cost of living crisis, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, or the war and humanitarian crisis in Gaza, leadership is required more than ever and the importance of peace building critical. This year has been dubbed the year of voting, with more than two billion people heading to the polls in 2024. Quite simply, it is the biggest election year in history. And yet, democracy has never felt so fragile; it seems to be on the ballot itself.
